Анотація

Надзвичайні ситуації у сфері громадського здоров'я можуть мати руйнівні соціальні, економічні та медичні наслідки, включаючи втрату багатьох життів за короткий проміжок часу. У статті описано проблеми та перспективи управління надзвичайними ситуаціями у сфері громадського здоров'я та діяльність оперативних центрів з реагування на надзвичайні ситуації. Оглянуто ключові компоненти управління надзвичайними ситуаціями (НС) у сфері громадського здоров'я (ГЗ)(PHEM): - організаційні та програмні (тобто галузеві) стандарти, а також системи управління інцидентами (СУІ/IMS). Спираючись на міжнародний та національний досвід проаналізовані позитивні сторони та недоліки функціонування оперативних центрів з реагування на НС (ОЦРНС/EOC) в системі громадського здоров'я.
