Abstract

State control and supervision in the field of epizootic well-being provides guarantees for the safety of products of animal origin, food of plant origin intended for human consumption, and feed for animals. The main departments of the territorial bodies of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection annually develop "Plans of anti- epizootic measures for the prevention of major infectious and parasitic animal diseases in Ukraine", which allows for clear control over the development of the epizootic process. The study presents a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the epizootic process of varroa mite infestation in Ukraine from 2021 to 2023. The risk zones with conditional division of Ukraine into unfavorable, threatened and temporarily favorable territories are determined.
